Gue'Vesa Exo-Suit Infantry

My idea for a Tau unit, as recommended in my 'Give me something to draw' poll.

Basic Idea is have a Human Guardsman whos stronger than the average Firewarrior Pilot a Exo-skeleton much like the XV15/XV25 range of suits, this suit focuses on highspeed movements that which put a lot of strain on the pilots muscles, as Humans are phsyically tougher and more resilient than Tau, Gue'Vesa Auxiliaries was recruited for field testing until the technoligy can be made safe for a regular Tau pilot.
I'm having the idea its a frontline mid ranged combat unit rather than the standard long range shooty kind of Tau unit, but can be upgraded for long range shooty.

My idea for stats are;
40pts - Ws3-Bs3-S3-T3-W1-I3-A2-Ld8-Sv3
A Team consists of 1 to 5 Gue'Vesa Exo-suits

They are armed with two Twinlinked Pulse Rifles, Photon Casters and a Jetpack.

for an extra 10pts they can swap both TLPR for a Railrifle for long-range fighting.

Of course I have no concept of how to make fair rules so you dont have to take those seriously ^^
